2025 Roam Fest Refund, Waitlist & Transfer Policy

Registration Changes & Cancellations:

• To cancel or modify your registration, please email us at hello@thisisroam.com

Refund Policy:

• Before June 20, 2025: Full refund, minus a $50 processing fee

• Before September 5, 2025: Full refund, minus a $100 processing fee

• After September 5, 2025: No refunds, see Ticket Transfers

Ticket Transfers:

• You may transfer your registration to another eligible participant up to 10 days before the festival (before September 10, 2025)

• No ticket transfers are permitted within 10 days of the festival start date

Add-On Waitlist:

• If demo passes, guided rides, or shuttle passes are sold out, please contact us to be added to the waitlist

Important Notes:

• "Full refund" refers to the original ticket price, less the applicable processing fee

• No ticket transfers to future events

• No exceptions to the refund or transfer policies will be made

Event Cancellation:

• We strive to host events as planned. However, sometimes unexpected situations arise that may require us to make changes or, in rare cases, cancel an event. These situations could include things like low attendance, severe weather, or safety concerns.

  If we need to cancel an event, we understand it can be disappointing. While we won't be able to offer refunds in these circumstances, we appreciate your understanding. We'll always do our best to communicate any changes as early as possible.
